Staff was really nice and offered good advices. Really good breakfast. I recommend to stay there if you want to go to Cefalù.

As it was still chilly to have breakfast in the terrace, we were given vouchers at a nearby café which is renowned for its sweet ricotta pastries and almond milk. The terrace had fantastic views of the Valle dei Templi. Free uninterrupted WiFi. Very clean rooms, centrally located. In the morning, aromas of freshly baked goodies from a nearby bakery used to waft into our room. What more could we need?

I had had difficulty opening the door below as the building is quite old and Piero informed me instantly of how to open it (word to the wise: you have to twist well as the lock is old).
